Returns
Returns are gladly accepted under the following conditions:
- Product must be returned within 120 days of purchase
- You must call Alpha's Call Center at 1-800-362-5742
to procure a Return Authorization Number & Instructions
- The product is a current edition in re-saleable condition
- Bundled product must be returned as an ENTIRE BUNDLE. Opened bundles will be returned to sender at their expense.
- The product must be matched to an invoice number
- Return will be subject to a minimum restocking charge
- In the event of a defective product, Alpha will replace any and all items that are defective at no additional product or shipping cost to you the customer.
- In the event an incorrect item was delivered, Alpha will gladly exchange product.
Alpha Apparel Returns
- Alpha gladly accepts returns on Alpha T shirt(s) provided the Alpha T shirt(s) is unopened, unwashed and unworn. Please ensure the sealed poly bag is unopened and intact.
- If the T-shirt is found to be defective, please call our Call Center at 1-800-362-5742.
- Please be advised there are no returns on the Alpha Caps & Aprons.
- Shipping costs to send any non-damaged items back is the responsibility of the customer. Alpha will be responsible for return shipping costs on defective merchandise only

Product Information
- The Alpha Course DVD is now packaged in a safety case, requiring users to push the release button to unlock the DVD'S in the set. Applying force will cause the disk to crack.
Shipping
- Alpha USA offers expedited Shipping Services via UPS & Federal Express including, Next Day, 2-Day, 3-Day Services. Expedited shipping services are offered only to speed up the Transit Time. Please understand, we do not guarantee any of the services. We simply guarantee to expedite your order in-house, and then to ship it via the requested service. It is up to UPS or FedEx to get the package to you timely. Therefore, we request that our customers plan ahead and place timely orders that allow for both in-house and the transit time.
- Alpha USA shall not be liable for loss or damages caused by any delay or failure to perform resulting in whole or in part from Acts of God, severe weather conditions, labor disruptions, governmental decrees or controls, insurrections, war risks, shortages, inability to procure or ship product or obtain permits and licenses, or any circumstance beyond the control of Alpha USA in its business operations.
Military APO and/or FPO shipping
- APO = Army Post Office and FPO = Fleet Post Office. Since military personnel can be stationed anywhere in the world, their mail goes to the APO or FPO and the Army or Navy then forwards the mail to wherever that person is currently stationed.
- To place your Military APO or FPO order, simply dial 1-800-362-5742
- Alpha orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses will be sent USPS Priority Mail.
- APO/FPO orders may take anywhere from 7-30 days to arrive, depending on the location, conditions, and military mail system.
- The US Postal Service can limit package size and weight to some destinations. Additional shipping charges may apply to volume orders, however most orders process/ship normally to APO/FPO addresses and we do evaluate these orders on a case by case basis
Shipping on Special Orders
- While Alpha has been translated into 111 languages, of which 83 are official publications, Alpha USA features the top 10 most requested language groups: Arabic, Chinese Simplified, Chinese Traditional, English, French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Russian, and Spanish.
- Alpha is pleased to place special orders for additional languages if you wish to begin a course for a language group. Please contact us and we will make every effort to obtain all available products for a course in that language. - Please note, customer is responsible for shipping costs from the country of origin, (in addition to shipping costs from warehouse to you) and orders may take 8-12 weeks for delivery.
DVD Disc Replacement Policy
All of our products come with a 90 day limited warranty covering defects in material and workmanship of the DVD. Please note this does not include the content of the product on the CD. Examples of defects included in the limited warranty are blank, cracked or scratched discs.
If it is within the 90 day warranty, please take the following mandatory steps and provide the items as indicated:
- Contact Alpha USA by phone, (1-800-362-5742) or email (alpharesources@alphausa.org) or postal (see below) request with your full name and return mailing address
- An invoice number or customer number and date of purchase
- A reason for the replacement request
- The disc(s) containing the defect
The replacement DVD will be shipped to you upon receipt of the defective disc. From the day it arrives it will take 1-2 weeks for you to receive the replacement. Alpha USA will cover the cost to ship the disc(s) to you via UPS standard shipping.
If the 90 day warranty has passed and you wish to receive a replacement, please take the following mandatory steps and provide the items as indicated:
- Contact Alpha USA by phone, (1-800-362-5742) or email (alpharesources@alphausa.org) or postal (see below) request with your full name and return mailing address
- A customer number if you have one
- A reason for the replacement request
- A personal check, money order or credit card for $29.99 per each Alpha Course or Life Worth Living disc and $19.99 per each The Marriage Course or Marriage Preparation disc
- The disc(s) containing the defect
The replacement DVD will be shipped to you upon receipt of the defective disc. From the day it arrives it will take 1-2 weeks for you to receive the replacement. Alpha USA will cover the cost to ship the disc(s) to you via UPS standard shipping

March 2011 Price Increases
Q: Why are prices higher than in your new 2011 catalog?
A: We had to make a difficult decision to increase prices on some, (not all) of our products. As a ministry we rely on sales of our resources for funding. In order for us to sustain our ministry and be able to help more churches reach the lost, the price increase was needed.
Q: Why do we have to pay more if we have been an Alpha customer for many years?
A: We very much appreciate you, your partnership with Alpha and your loyalty. As a ministry, Alpha USA equips churches of any size and in any situation; therefore we set aside a portion of finances for a scholarship program to help under resourced churches that have a desire to do Alpha but are lacking the funds to do so. The price increase allows us to continue blessing churches with limited resources.
Q: The prices have remained the same for years, why raise them now?
A: Because Alpha did not raise prices for over 10 years, it was necessary to do so in light of the ever rising cost to publish and produce resources.
Q: Why are your prices more than others?
A: Our prices for similar products are very competitive. Some charge $7.99 for their course workbooks while we offer ours for less. Course books similar to ours run anywhere from $14 - $17, ours range from $10 - $14.
Q: Is Alpha trying to make a profit?
A: Alpha USA is a 5013C not-for-profit ministry that exists to help churches reach the lost. We do not charge royalties for our courses but still need to be sustainable, therefore product sales is one of the ways we fund the ministry.
